The staff was courteous and welcoming, so I will be back. I truly enjoyed superior king room with fantastic view. Very central location adjacent to Connaught Gardens, the rolling sea and Paignton and then Dartmouth for lunch, it was in a fairly nice area.

We truly enjoyed sleeping 2 nights in this hotel. Stunning central location just next door to a minutes walk to the town centre for pubs. It also was on the seafront. The continental and warm breakfast was outstanding.

Thanks to the reasonably good and attentive staff everything was modern. Cereals and fresh fruit were excellent, we loved meals they served. The location of the hotel was amazing and stunning - just a pleasant stroll away from Chit Rocks. There was a very pleasant restaurant, interesting independent shops and convenience stores next door.

I stayed here for 3 days and will be back. I appreciated my perfectly clean and huge room with balcony, the bedroom, for instance. The location was pleasant on the seafront. Further, it was so close to the shops, restaurants, the beach and the coast path, the Cathedral, and Pyne's restaurant.

All in all everything was modern, had a very good stay in February. The room was brand-new and extremely pleasant with a double bed, windows on three sides plus the TV, I truly enjoyed it. The hotel's location was stunning, so close to centre of seafront and the seafront 100 yards from town centre.

Here I spent 3 nights and loved being in this place. By and large, it was lovely place for sightseeing in Sidmouth, had much fun and met courteous and welcoming staff to both receptionists I met. The restaurant was great with an exceptional view over the bay, I tried hot dishes. Admired sea view from the window. The location was stunning, about 5-minute walk into town. Had some takeaway meals at Bloaters, set a minute walk from the hotel, I couldn't resist.

I would recomand this place, didn't feel like leaving. I had an enjoyable experience here, everything was fine, the location was exceptional just off the beach and the shops. Breakfast with treats and a freshly cooked sausage, as example. Employees were hard-working and efficient.
Great bed, luxury bathroom and coffee, terrace and air conditioner in the room. The pool was excellent and the garden — small. Hotel was perfectly located and had good prices.
